  1. Fill in registration form online and wait for your SIM card.

  2. Upon receiving your SIM card, look out for our email in your inbox. Click on the URL attached in the email.


    Note: You shall receive an email within 24 hours upon receiving the SIM Card.

  3. Key in your ID type, ID number, order number, and the last 4 digits of your SIM Serial Number (SSN) for verification.

  4. Port-out from your current telco via SMS. Once you receive a confirmation SMS and your device displays ‘No Network’, switch to your NEW SIM card. You’re all set to enjoy unlimited love!

  1. Bring your identification documents to our store.

  2. Choose your preferred plan and member lines (if any).

  3. Insert U Mobile SIM card to your phone upon successful port-in.

THINGS TO NOTE WHEN YOU SWITCH

  1. Before submitting your MNP request, please ensure that:
    • You have settled all your current bills with your service provider.
    • You are free from any contract obligation such as phone plan contract, etc.
    • All principal and supplementary line(s) are not barred by any service provider.
    • Principal and supplementary lines need to port out together or if the supplementary lines do not wish to port-out, the principal line holder must contact the current service provider for further assistance. Once this process is completed, then the primary principal line holder (you) can port in.
    • Only one active mobile number is allowed to request to port-in via online channel. Principal and supplementary lines wish to port-in together have to visit our stores for group port-in requests.
    • Your mobile number is registered under your name and it is not tied to a company.
  1. Please ensure the NRIC provided is the same as what was registered with your current service provider.

Confirm your request with your current service provider

  1. Follow the instruction in our email to proceed with the port-in request once you have received your free SIM card.
    This is to officially send a port-out request to your current service provider.
  1. Your current service provider will send an SMS to ask you to confirm your port-out request.
    Make sure you reply within the deadline given. Your reply is case sensitive.

  1. To avoid losing your contacts, please transfer all your contacts from your current SIM card to your phone.

For Android

  1. Insert your old SIM card into your Android device.

  2. Open Contacts and tap on the Menu button.

  3. Tap on Import/Export.

  4. Select Import from SIM card.

You can decide which contacts you want to copy into your Android device.

Replace your SIM card with U Mobile SIM card when your current service is terminated.

For Apple

  1. Insert your old SIM card into your iPhone.

  2. From the home screen, select Settings.

  3. Select Mail, Contacts, Calendars.

  4. Tap Import SIM Contacts.

Your contacts should then be copied into your iPhone.

Replace your SIM card with U Mobile SIM card when your current service is terminated.

  1. Masukkan kad SIM lama anda ke dalam peranti Android anda.

  2. Buka Contacts di bahagian Menu.

Anda boleh memilih nombor mana yang anda mahu menyalin ke dalam peranti Android anda. Setelah pemindahan dilakukan, gantikan SIM lama anda dengan SIM U Mobile terbaru anda.

  1. Masukkan kad SIM lama ke dalam iPhone anda.

Semua nombor kenalan akan disalin ke dalam iPhone anda. Anda boleh menggantikan kad SIM lama anda dengan kad SIM U Mobile yang baharu kemudian.
