With the expansion of our #MadeForUnlimited 4G network and various 5G live trials, we are in the best position to deliver on that promise!

We are known for introducing plans of value to the market such as the Giler Unlimited postpaid and prepaid plans, offering unlimited data for all smartphone apps for as little as RM50 and RM12 respectively.

Apart from affordable plans, we are always innovating to bring first-of-its-kind digital services to the market such as GOLIFE, a life micro-insurance which can be applied and managed entirely on the mobile phone for just RM5 per month. We also introduced GoOffice in 2019, the country’s first voice, data and Microsoft 365 Office bundle, tailored especially for SMEs.

Also in 2019, we unveiled a comprehensive fintech ecosystem with digital financial services to meet the constantly evolving needs of consumers. Our fintech ecosystem consists of GoPayz, a universal e-wallet which offers consumers digital financial and lifestyle services, and GoBiz, a digital payment acceptance solution designed for businesses both big and small.

Ever the champion of youth passions, we’re active supporters of the e-sports and live music scene. In the past years, U Mobile has been the presenting sponsor of prominent events like The KL Major, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang World Championship (M1), eRacing Grand Prix SEA, Good Vibes Festival and Urbanscapes.

Our efforts have reaped rewards. At the 2020 Frost & Sullivan Asia Pacific Best Practices Awards, we were recognised as Malaysia’s Mobile Service Provider of the Year, Excellence in Customer Overall Experience, Online Experience, Mobile Experience, Contact Center Experience and Dealership. This marks the third consecutive year that we have won so many accolades at the prestigious awards.
